THE BAHAMAS MORTGAGE CORPORATION ACT
An Act providing for the establishment with a share capital of a body corporate to be known as The Bahamas Mortgage Corporation, for the functions of the Corporation and for matters ancillary thereto.
HOUSING ACT
An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to the housing department; the promotion of construction of new dwelling houses for persons of moderate means; insurance of mortgages and purposes connected therewith.
HOUSING REGULATIONS
These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Regulations.
HOMEOWNERS PROTECTION ACT
This Act shall apply to financial institutions that provide, purchase or otherwise service mortgages.
