The Corporation provides financing for the purchase of new homes, purchases of existing homes or land/property from our foreclosed listings. We do not build homes for purchase or operate a rent-to-own program.
If you are looking to purchase a government home or apply for the rent-to-own program, please first make application to the Department of Housing using their online platform.
